The Institute of Specialized and Intercultural Communication has established a partnership with memoQ – one of the leading providers of software for translation and language project management. Through this collaboration, students and staff of IKSI gain access to professional tools used on a daily basis in the translation industry. The memoQ software enables, among other things, working with translation memories, managing terminology databases, and effective collaboration within project teams.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n

<\/span>Quickterm - Kaleidoscope<\/div>

The Institute of Specialized and Intercultural Communication has established a partnership with the Austrian company Kaleidoscope, which offers access to the terminology management software Quickterm<\/a>. The software, available “in the cloud,” enables, among other things, the creation of terminology entries \u2014 including those with equivalents in foreign languages \u2014 work in various roles, and in its advanced versions, also the verification of texts for the use of preferred terminology.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n
