Jednym z niezwykle aktualnych, globalnych wyzwa\u0144 jest konieczno\u015b\u0107 zapewnienia odbiorcom prawa adekwatnej informacji prawnej. Zagadnieniami z tego zakresu zajmuje si\u0119 mi\u0119dzynarodowa komunikacji prawnicza.<\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0119dzynarodowa komunikacja prawnicza koncentruje si\u0119 na mi\u0119dzynarodowych, ponadnarodowych i transnarodowych re\u017cimach prawnych w powi\u0105zaniu z j\u0119zykowymi elementami obiektywnej rzeczywisto\u015bci prawnej i prawniczej, takimi jak fakty, zdarzenia, zjawiska, procesy itp.; dzia\u0142ania i zachowania fizyczne, psychiczne lub emocjonalne; wytwory ludzkie, zar\u00f3wno fizyczne, jak i duchowe; stany ludzkie, my\u015bli i uczucia, wyobra\u017cenia, konstrukcje my\u015blowe itp. oraz stwierdzenia j\u0119zykowe wyra\u017caj\u0105ce te my\u015bli, wyobra\u017cenia lub konstrukcje my\u015blowe, kt\u00f3re odnosz\u0105 si\u0119 do sformu\u0142owania, wyra\u017cenia i zrekonstruowania informacji prawnych przenoszonych przez re\u017cimy prawne i komunikowanych przez ich podmioty.<\/p>\n<p>Mi\u0119dzynarodowa komunikacja prawnicza odbywa si\u0119 na trzech p\u0142aszczyznach:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>tworzenie i kszta\u0142towanie prawa oraz zwi\u0105zana z tym komunikacja pomi\u0119dzy podmiotami, kt\u00f3re to prawo tworz\u0105 i kszta\u0142tuj\u0105;<\/li>\n<li>upublicznianie prawa, to jest poinformowania odbiorc\u00f3w prawa o tre\u015bci prawa i wynikaj\u0105cych z niego uprawnieniach i obowi\u0105zkach;<\/li>\n<li>rzecznictwo, w zakresie w jakim prawnicy przetwarzaj\u0105 informacje prawnie relewantne i komunikuj\u0105 je odpowiednio zar\u00f3wno swoim klientom (laikom) jaki innym prawnikom, w tym s\u0119dziom.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>W konsekwencji, dydaktyka i badania nad mi\u0119dzynarodow\u0105 komunikacj\u0105 prawnicz\u0105 b\u0119d\u0105 prowadzone w trzech specjalno\u015bciach, w nast\u0119puj\u0105cym systemie:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>studenci 1. roku realizuj\u0105 <strong>wsp\u00f3lny program<\/strong> w trakcie pierwszych dw\u00f3ch semestr\u00f3w studi\u00f3w.<\/li>\n<li>w po\u0142owie semestru drugiego studenci sk\u0142adaj\u0105 pisemn\u0105 deklaracj\u0119 odno\u015bnie do wyboru <strong>specjalno\u015bci<\/strong> od drugiego roku studi\u00f3w:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1) \u201eDesign Thinking in Law\u201d<\/strong> \u2013 specjalno\u015b\u0107 koncentruj\u0105ca si\u0119 wykszta\u0142ceniu kadr zajmuj\u0105cych si\u0119 badaniami nad tworzeniem i kszta\u0142towaniem prawa w kontek\u015bcie j\u0119zykowym, jego konceptualizacj\u0105, terminologi\u0105, tekstemik\u0105 i logik\u0105;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) \u201eTransference of Legal Knowledge\u201d <\/strong>\u2013 specjalno\u015b\u0107 koncentruj\u0105ca si\u0119 na wykszta\u0142ceniu kadr zajmuj\u0105cych si\u0119 badaniami nad spo\u0142ecznym odbiorem informacji prawnej, a szczeg\u00f3lno\u015bci symplifikacj\u0105 tej informacji oraz je aspektami antropologicznymi i etnograficznymi;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3)<\/strong> \u201e<strong>Epistemology of Lawyering\u201d <\/strong>\u2013 specjalno\u015b\u0107 koncentruj\u0105ca si\u0119 na wykszta\u0142ceniu kadr zajmuj\u0105cych si\u0119 badaniami nad efektywno\u015bci\u0105 komunikacyjn\u0105 w obszarze rzecznictwa.<\/p>\n<p>Integralnym elementem studi\u00f3w s\u0105 warsztaty badawcze prowadzone z udzia\u0142em interesariuszy oraz wraz z zagranicznymi o\u015brodkami badawczymi. Wyr\u00f3\u017cniaj\u0105cy si\u0119 studenci b\u0119d\u0105 mieli mo\u017cliwo\u015b\u0107 wyjazd\u00f3w naukowych oraz udzia\u0142u w mi\u0119dzynarodowych konferencjach naukowych. Unique features of the program:<\/p>\n<p>The goals and concept of education in the 2nd degree course of studies \u201eInternational Legal Communication\u201d meet the requirements of the modern world, in particular the requirements accompanying the development of legal sciences and linguistics. One of the extremely current, global challenges is the need to provide recipients of the law with adequate legal information. International legal communication deals with these issues.<\/p>\n<p>International Legal Communication focuses on international, supranational and transnational legal regimes in conjunction with linguistic elements of objective legal and legal reality, such as facts, events, phenomena, processes etc .; physical, mental or emotional actions and behavior; human creations, both physical and spiritual; human states, thoughts and feelings, images, mental constructs, etc., and linguistic statements expressing those thoughts, images, or mental constructs that relate to the formulation, expression and reconstruction of legal information carried by and communicated by legal regimes.<\/p>\n<p>International legal communication takes place on three levels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>creation and shaping of law and related communication between entities that create and shape this law;<\/li>\n<li>making the law public, i.e. informing recipients of the law about the content of the law and the rights and obligations arising therefrom;<\/li>\n<li>advocacy, to the extent that lawyers process legally relevant information and communicate it to their clients (laymen) and other lawyers, including judges, respectively.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Consequently, teaching and research on international legal communication will be conducted in three specialties, in the following system:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1st year students follow a joint program during the first two semesters of studies.<\/li>\n<li>in the middle of the second semester, students submit a written declaration regarding the choice of specialty from the second year of studies:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>1) \u201eDesign Thinking in Law\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a specialty focusing on the education of personnel dealing with research on the creation and shaping of law in the linguistic context, its conceptualization, terminology, textemics and logic;<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) \u201eTransference of Legal Knowledge<\/strong>\u201d \u2013 a specialty focusing on the training of staff involved in research on the social perception of legal information, in particular the simplification of this information and its anthropological and ethnographic aspects;<\/p>\n<p><strong>3) \u201eEpistemology of Lawyering\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 a specialty focusing on the education of personnel dealing with research on communication effectiveness in the field of advocacy.<\/p>\n<p>An integral element of the studies are research workshops conducted with the participation of stakeholders and together with foreign research centers. Outstanding students will have the opportunity to study trips and participate in international scientific conferences.
