Kongres Młodej Nauki to wyjątkowa okazja dla młodych naukowców, aby zaprezentować wyniki badań, podzielić się swoimi tezami i nawiązać cenne kontakty naukowe. To wydarzenie o wyjątkowym, międzynarodowym charakterze, dzięki czemu co roku gromadzi setki młodych naukowców, studentów i doktorantów z Polski i zza granicy.
W zeszłorocznej edycji Kongresu udział wzięło aż 400 prelegentów z przeszło 80 ośrodków naukowych. Wierzymy, że tegoroczna edycja będzie jeszcze bardziej inspirująca, a frekwencja pobije zeszłoroczny rekord, dlatego już teraz zapraszamy do zgłaszania paneli na V Kongres Młodej Nauki.

Jako moderatorzy, będziecie mieli okazję nie tylko kierować dyskusją, ale także wpływać na kształtowanie przestrzeni naukowej podczas Kongresu. Choć proces zgłaszania paneli naukowych dopiero się zaczyna, zapewniamy, że program będzie różnorodny, tak jak w poprzednich edycjach. Zaplanowane są sesje i dyskusje, które obejmą szerokie spektrum tematyczne, od nauk ścisłych po humanistyczne, co będzie stanowiło znakomitą okazję do wymiany myśli i doświadczeń. Tematyka paneli nie jest ograniczona.

Kilka najważniejszych informacji o panelach:

Aby zgłosić panel, niezbędny jest opiekun naukowy, który weryfikuje poziom merytoryczny panelu. Opiekun naukowy powinien posiadać co najmniej stopień doktora. Jego zadaniem będzie dopuszczenie zgłaszanych referatów do wystąpienia w panelu na podstawie przesłanych przez prelegentów abstraktów;

Uzupełnienie formularza zgłoszeniowego – zajmuje to tylko chwilę! Potrzebna jest nazwa panelu, krótki opis, kilka informacji o panelu i skan zgody opiekuna naukowego.

By panel mógł wystartować, muszą zostać do niego zostać zgłoszone minimalnie 3 referaty zaakceptowane przez Opiekuna naukowego;

Moderator/organizator prowadzi panel w trakcie trwania Kongresu, wręcza uczestnikom zaświadczenia i uzupełnia krótką dokumentację.
To nie wszystko!
Po zakończeniu Kongresu uczestnicy będą mieli możliwość publikacji pokonferencyjnej artykułów w czasopiśmie „Progress – Journal of Young Researchers”, które jest wydawane na Uniwersytecie Gdańskim od 2016 roku. Publikują w nim przedstawiciele szeregu dyscyplin naukowych, a samo pismo jest skierowane głównie dla studentów, doktorantów i młodych naukowców.
Koszt uczestnictwa w Kongresie wynosi 550 zł, natomiast dla organizatorów paneli przewidziana jest dedykowana stawka w wysokości 460 zł. W ramach opłaty zapewniamy uczestnikom pełne wyżywienie oraz udział we wszystkich zaplanowanych punktach programu. Możliwe jest zakwaterowanie po preferencyjnej cenie (43,20 zł za osobę, za dobę) w domach studenckich Uniwersytetu Gdańskiego w Oliwie. W ramach pakietów VIP, w roku 2025 planujemy również nowość w postaci warsztatów tematycznych. Szczegółowy wykaz warsztatów już wkrótce.

Dear all,
It is with great pleasure that we invite you to participate in the 5th Congress of Young Science, which will be held at the University of Gdańsk on July 17-19, 2025. We would be grateful if you would forward the following information to students, doctoral students, employees and all interested parties.
The Congress of Young Science is a unique opportunity for young scientists to present the results of their research, to share their theses and to establish valuable scientific contacts. Every year, hundreds of young scientists, students and post-graduate students from Poland and abroad gather at this event, which has a unique international character.
Last year’s edition of the Congress was attended by up to 400 speakers from more than 80 scientific centers. We believe that this year’s edition will be even more inspiring, and the attendance will exceed last year’s record, so we invite you to submit panels for the 5th Congress of Young Science.

As a moderator, you have the opportunity not only to lead discussion, but also to shape the scientific space during the congress. The process of submitting scientific panels has just begun. However, we can assure you that the program will be as diverse as in previous editions. Sessions and discussions will cover a wide range of topics, from the exact sciences to the humanities, providing an excellent opportunity to exchange ideas and experiences. The topics of the panels are not limited.
Please note that the panel submission deadline is March 30, 2025.
Some basic information about the panels:

The submission of a panel is subject to the approval of the panel’s content by a scientific supervisor. The scientific supervisor should have at least a Ph.D. degree. The supervisor’s role is to approve the submitted papers for inclusion in the panel based on the abstract submitted by the presenters;

It only takes a moment to fill out the application form! You need to provide the name of the panel, a brief description, some information about the panel, and a scanned copy of the supervisor’s approval.

At least 3 papers approved by the scientific supervisor must be submitted for the panel to start;

The moderator/organizer conducts the panel during the congress, distributes certificates, and completes brief documentation.
There is more to it! After the congress, participants will have the opportunity to have their post-conference articles published in Progress – Journal of Young Researchers, which has been in publication at the University of Gdańsk since 2016. The journal itself is primarily intended for students, doctoral students, and young scholars.
The cost of participation in the Congress is 550 PLN. A special rate of 460 PLN is available for panel organizers. The fee includes full board and lodging for those attending and participating in all scheduled events. Accommodation is available in the University of Gdańsk dormitories in Oliwa at a preferential rate (PLN 43.20 per person per night). As part of the VIP packages, we are also planning a novelty in the form of thematic workshops for 2025. A detailed list of the workshops will be available soon.
