Cross-Cultural Collaboration in IT: A Polish-German Perspective
What is the role of a business analyst? How different are IT projects in Germany compared to those in Poland? Are cultural differences an obstacle or an advantage for business? How can intercultural challenges be overcome to successfully complete a project?
During the workshop, we will discuss German-Polish cooperation in the IT industry. Błażej Kociełkiewicz, a BA at Sollers Consulting who has been involved in projects in both Poland and Germany, will talk about working on German-Polish projects and the daily opportunities and challenges faced by an IT consultant.
Błażej Kociełkiewicz – Business Analyst at Sollers Consulting, graduate of Warsaw School of Economics. Experienced in collaborating with German speaking clients from the DACH region, currently involved in a software implementation project for an insurance company in Germany.
